If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please notify us within seven days of installation and allow our team the opportunity to inspect and correct the issue. Any approved refund requires the installed material to be removed by Wrapbeast at our facility.
Booking deposits are non-refundable. Additional charges may apply to missed appointments or “no-shows.”
Customers are responsible for understanding applicable local window tint laws. All required tint waiver forms must be reviewed and signed before installation.
Window tinting requires the use of water. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your vehicle’s interior, these measures cannot guarantee that water-related damage will not occur.
Wrapbeast is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage. Our facility’s camera footage may be reviewed when needed to document vehicle condition or resolve a dispute.
Wrapbeast reserves the right to dispute payment claims that conflict with these terms and to refuse service in cases of harassment, misconduct, or unsafe behavior.
