About these terms

These terms cover your use of Wrapbeast LLC's website and customer messaging channels, including Google Business Profile AI-assisted messaging. Wrapbeast offers vehicle window tint, vinyl wraps, paint protection film and ceramic coatings by appointment. Our shop is at 3763 Pickett Road, Fairfax, VA 22031. These website and messaging terms do not replace your accepted estimate, invoice, booking terms or signed service agreement. The terms specifically agreed for your job govern that job if there is a conflict. Nothing here takes away rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Estimates and appointments

Please provide accurate contact and vehicle information and tell us the coverage, material and finish you want. General website prices, example photos and automated responses are informational. A personalized estimate depends on your vehicle, its condition and the agreed work. Any additional work or price change needs to be agreed before it is performed. Submitting an inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Please rely on a booking confirmation from Wrapbeast or our booking system, not a general availability answer. Visits, drop-offs and pickups must be arranged with us. Completion dates are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.

Deposits payments and service policies

Any deposit requirement, cancellation or rescheduling condition, payment deadline, tax or other applicable charge will be stated in the terms provided for your booking or job. If a deposit is non-refundable, that condition must be disclosed before you pay it. Please review those terms before booking or paying. Installation coverage, product warranties, care instructions and any refund or remedy depend on the service and the applicable written terms. These website terms do not create an additional warranty or change an existing one. Contact us promptly if you have a concern about completed work so we can review it.

AI and customer messaging

Some conversations may use AI assistance to answer routine questions or help prepare replies. AI can make mistakes. Art or our team must confirm custom quotes, material choices, appointments and promised completion dates before customers rely on them. Reply STOP or otherwise tell us you want to stop messages; use an unsubscribe control where available. Art or our team will handle your request and stop messages when you ask. Your carrier's message and data charges may apply, and delivery can depend on your carrier, device and messaging provider. Do not use these channels for emergencies.

Safe use and privacy

Do not send unlawful, threatening or abusive content, impersonate someone else, or submit photos or files you do not have permission to use. Do not send full payment-card or bank-account details, passwords or government identification numbers through ordinary messages. Use the payment method provided for your transaction. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website and messaging channels. Third-party services, such as Google messaging and Square booking or payment pages, also have their own terms and privacy notices.

Changes and contact
