Wrapbeast LLC provides vehicle window tint, vinyl wraps, paint protection film and ceramic coatings by appointment in Fairfax, Virginia. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, estimate and contact forms, customer messaging, and related booking and payment interactions.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we receive your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, business name and fleet details where relevant, requested services, timing, removal needs, material and color preferences, photos or files you provide, and the contents of your messages. We also maintain estimates, appointment details, service records, invoices, payment status and customer instructions. Photos and service records can include vehicle condition and identifying details visible in the images. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your request.

Website and online tools

Netlify hosts our website and processes and stores submissions from our estimate forms, including uploaded photos and files. We receive form notifications by email so we can respond. Website hosting and security systems also process technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as network request information. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and display an Instagram feed through Behold, including photos or video delivered from Instagram servers. Loading this content sends technical requests to those providers, which may include your IP address and browser information. Their privacy practices govern their separate processing. Our site also links to Square booking pages, Google Maps and social-media services. When you follow those links, the other provider handles information under its own privacy notice. How we use information

We use information to answer questions, prepare estimates and visual previews, arrange appointments, carry out the work you request, process payments, provide job updates and support, maintain business records, and address disputes or legal requirements. We use your communication preferences to manage replies and opt-outs. We do not use customer names, email addresses or phone numbers for marketing texts, marketing emails or Facebook/Google advertising lists. This does not prevent us from responding to your inquiry or sending messages about your service.

Vehicle photos

We post selected vehicle and project photos on our website or social-media pages to show our work. If a photo identifies you or your vehicle and you would like us to remove it, contact wrapbeastmd@gmail.com or call (703) 249-9482. Art or our team will review your request. This policy does not replace any separate photo permission you give us.

Messaging and AI assistance

Our messaging channels may use AI assistance to answer routine questions or help our team prepare responses. If you use Google's AI-assisted Business Profile messaging, Google and the providers involved in delivering the conversation process the messages, contact details and attachments needed for that service. Our team may review conversations and take over questions that need a person. AI responses can contain mistakes. Art or our team must confirm custom quotes, material choices, appointments and promised completion dates before customers rely on them. To stop messages, reply STOP or otherwise tell us you want to opt out; you can also use an unsubscribe control where the messaging service provides one. Art or our team will handle your request and stop messages when you ask. You can still contact us by phone or email about your service. Message and data charges may apply under your mobile plan. Please do not send payment-card numbers, bank details, passwords or government identification numbers through ordinary email, text or AI chat. Use the payment link or payment method provided for your transaction.

Who receives information

We use service providers for website hosting and forms, communications, AI-assisted business support, scheduling, customer records and payment processing. This includes Netlify for hosting and website forms, Google for relevant Google services and fonts, Behold and Instagram for the displayed social feed and media, and Square for our booking, customer and payment tools. Information needed to answer your request or perform your job may be available to the team members and service providers working on it. Payment information entered through Square is processed through Square's payment service; we receive transaction and payment-status information needed to manage your job. We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to address a claim, protect safety or prevent fraud. Providers' own privacy notices describe their separate processing, including where they process information. Keeping information and your choices
